Enoch's Stomp New Year's Eve Celebration - Monday, December 31, 2018


New Year’s Eve at Enoch’s Stomp
     8-course culinary extravaganza
          8 course meal paired with Enoch’s wines
          $95pp (plus tax and 18% service fee)
          Limited seating.  Prepurchased reservations ONLY online or call 903.240-1587.  Includes band and fireworks.

     Live Music in the Event Center featuring “The Southpaw Preachers”
          8pm to midnight
          Cover charge $15pp
     Fireworks and Champagne Celebration at midnight
 

Culinary Extravaganza MENU

Course One:  Hors d'oeuvres
Fruit and cheese grazing table

Course Two:  Soup - Lobster Bisque
     Fresh lobster broth blended with lobster meat, white wine, and cream.

Course Three:  Appetizer - Porcini and Goat Cheese Crostini
     Pan Seared fresh porcini mushroom medley over a goat cheese topped crostini.  Finished with white truffle honey.

Course Four:  Fresh Winer Salad
     Arugula and spinach tossed with cranberries, pomegranate, red onion, walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette.

Course Five:  Light Entrée - Glazed Chilean Sea Bass
     Sweet and spicy glazed sea bass over cilantro garlic rice topped with seared vegetable ribbons.

Course Six:  Light Entrée - Crispy Pork Belly Gorgonzola
     Seared panko crusted pork belly on a bed of angel hair pasta with a gorgonzola cream sauce.

Course Seven:  Light Entrée - Crab Stuffed Wagyu Ribeye
     Grilled Wagyu Ribeye filled with zesty lump crab served over rosemary mashed potatoes and seared asparagus tips finished with a horseradish cream sauce.

Course Eight:  Dessert - Portejas Pears and Coffee Ice Cream
     Bosc pears poached in our dark Portejas and fresh blackberries served with a creamy coffee ice cream topped with a rich chocolate sauce.
