South African Style BBQ on Memorial Day weekend,  Saturday afternoon  -  Noon to 3pm

Enjoy Enoch's fine cuisine while listening to the band, hanging out with friends and sipping a glass of wine.  Winemaker, Altus, will be preparing a South African inspired BBQ, featuring a whole pig roasted over an open fire pit, in addition to traditional S. African cuisine.

 

Lunch includes:  Spit Vark (slow cooked, fire roasted pork), Afrikaner Sausage, Wortel Slaai (South African style carrot salad), Vet Koeke (deep fried bread roll with shredded cheese or jelly),  Aartappel Slaai (potato salad), and for dessert, Malva (sponge cake with apricot sauce).

The price is $24.50 for adults, and $15.50 for children 13 and under.  Wine will be sold separately.  Once you've purchased your reservation online your name will be placed on our guest list.  Simply check in at the registration desk when you arrive at the winery
