Early each quarter, an email will be sent detailing your quarterly wine selections order. At that time, you can log in to your shopping account and edit your order if desired by revising and saving your wine selections. The order will be finalized when you come in.  At this time you can also verify your delivery/pick-up method and card on file. Having trouble? No worries. An associate can assist you in finalizing your order in the tasting room, or at a pick-up party.

Not attending a party? No worries! You can make your fulfilment anytime during normal business hours at your specified location.  We kindly request that Harleton pick ups be made in the Tasting Room only, not in Corks Restaurant due to the lack of staff resources. If you choose the shipping delivery method, your order can ship shortly after it is finalized. No waiting until the next month. We will no longer auto-ship wine unless you request the shipping method via sign-up or on your current order.

The designated Wine Club months are February, May, August, and November. When a pick-up month closes, all orders with no member action taken will be automatically closed as is, paid to the card on file, and will await pick up at your designated location or will be shipped based on member preferences. Closed orders are no longer editable
